 ty Officer). Please see separate report from the Nominating Committee rega
 rding the\ncurrent slate of officers\; and\n2) Voting on a proposed Dues i
 ncrease for the Club (please see separate notification from the\nTreasurer
  in this NL).\n\nQuorum Requirements\nPlease note that in order to conduct
  the ABM and have the Elections\, we must have a quorum\nconsisting of at
