This presentation chronicles the creation and operation of an Indoor Dirigible Advertising business (i.e. using a large helium blimp for promotions at indoor venues) created by Joe Pirozzoli, and which has been operated successfully since 1992!  The history of the unique equipment (i.e. blimp, etc.) designed and built for this business will also be discussed and shown.
